The EAutodromo do Estoril will once again host an Iberian motorsport event. Over the weekend of 12–13 July, organised by Race Ready, the Estoril Summer Party by NAPA will bring together more than 150 competition cars — both modern and classic — from various disciplines including GT, Touring and single-seaters at the iconic Portuguese circuit.
Following the success of last year’s SevenFriday Classic Cup, the Estoril Summer Party now welcomes the Briston Classic Cup — a race dedicated to cars homologated or produced between 1950 and 1999. Motorsport icons such as the Porsche 911 RSR, Ford Mustang and BMW 3 Series from different generations will take to the track in this 60-minute race, which includes a mandatory pit stop.

In partnership with Briston Watches — a watch brand that combines the elegance of French design with innovation and technical quality — this race stands out thanks to a specific set of rules that ensure fair conditions for all participants, taking into account various technical and sporting factors. To guarantee competitive balance, a handicap system will be applied during the mandatory pit stop, which may introduce up to 330 seconds of difference depending on the age and homologation of the vehicles.

The Single Seater Series, Portugal’s only single-seater racing competition, returns for the second round of the season. With its hallmark diversity of formulas, spectators will see on track single-seaters that, over the past four decades, have served as a springboard for many of today’s professional drivers. From the wingless Formula Fords to the more modern Formula Renault 2.0 cars equipped with aerodynamic appendages, this grid offers a true moving museum, evoking the formative years of numerous Formula 1 drivers.

For classic racing enthusiasts, the lively Group 1 Portugal grid will also be in action at Estoril for its second round of the season. With over thirty cars on the starting grid – including entries from the Mini Trophy – this field showcases a wide variety of vehicles, some of which played a key role in Portuguese motorsport during the 1970s and 1980s.

Also returning to Portugal is the popular Copa Racer Confortauto, which will hold three races over the weekend: two 20-minute sprint races and one 45-minute endurance race. The grid features the powerful BMW M2 CS Cup cars competing in the GT category, alongside the nimble Mini Racers entered in the Touring Car class. These races are renowned for their close competition and unpredictable results.

On Saturday, spectators will also have the chance to watch three Formula Vee demonstrations. This entry-level formula, which originated in the United States in the 1960s, became popular thanks to its low costs, using components derived from everyday cars. It quickly arrived in Portugal at the time and is now enjoying a revival with simple single-seaters based on the Volkswagen Beetle. This category launched the careers of legendary drivers such as Niki Lauda, Nelson Piquet and Emerson Fittipaldi.
Access to Grandstand B will be free of charge, allowing everyone to watch the races at no cost. To enter the paddock — where fans can meet the drivers and take part in various activities — a general pass (valid for both Saturday and Sunday) will be available for a symbolic fee of €15. For those wishing to visit for just one day, the price will be €10.

Tickets can be purchased in advance on the website BOL.pt, or in person at any FNAC or Worten counter, until 11th July. On the event days (12th and 13th July), paddock tickets will only be available at the circuit’s ticket office (Motor Clube do Estoril shop – MCE).
On Sunday, all races will be broadcast live on Race Ready’s Facebook and YouTube channels.
